This kind of game really irritates me! With the new DH rule, Kyle Hendricks wasn't able to even Try to help himself.
If David Ross can bench Kyle Schwarber for a messed up play, why won't he bench guys that seem to forget how to work a baseball bat?? Give someone else a chance to bat. There have been games that I would have rather seen Hendricks or Lester bat than watch "the big 3" screw up again. Where were these guys when Hendricks needed them? Normally Bote is good at getting thatched hit, but nothing from anyone last night.
Very disappointed.
